Rude and unhelpful staff that are soley there to squeeze as much money out of you as possible! They pushed and pushed us to book one of their organised trips. We had already arranged trips for ourselves through tripadvisor contacts before hand so politely declined and we got an hour long speech about how we knew nothing about how things... more

I had already read the Tripadvisor reviews before going to the Riad Taylor so I already knew that the area surrounding the Riad was a bit rough and a bit 'undesirable'. Really great Riad with massive charm. Arranged trip to Sahara which was brilliant, if in the dunes a bit cool at night.Make sure you book the transfer to the Riad with them as it can be hard to find in the Medina. more

We spent a week in the Riad Taylor at the beginning of July. The Riad is lovely and our room (Sultan) was very comfortable and fantastically decorated. We booked this very late during the peak season of April, and were very lucky to get the Vizir room at Riad Taylor. Finding the Riad on your own back is a little tricky but once there..... wow! We (husband and wife 50's) had a wonderful 4 days in Riad Taylor. Situated in the North part of the medina in central Marrakech this is old Marrakech at its best.
