Upon arriving in Morocco, I had originally been booked to stay at Riad Monceau located in the Old Souk area, which had been booked via Expedia.com. However, after traveling more than 30 hours, we arrived at Monceau and were told they had no record of our reservation despite the fact that we had our confirmation in hand and I had... more

We stayed at this riad in April for four nights. From our arrival at the airport, being met by the riad's driver, from the time he dropped us back at the airport for our flight home, our experience was fantastic. We were treated like stars. The staff who could not do enough for you are wonderful and very helpful. Abdess... more

Once again my husband and I were very pleased with this hotel, having visited it previously. We returned for a unplanned weekend after securing last minute cheap flights on the now absent from Marrakech BA. I am very pleased to say that the hotel still lives up to it's reviews, being spotlessly clean, friendly and amasingly helpful. Just as we... more

Gorgeous rooms and patios. Outstanding service. Simply the best "hotel" I've ever stayed at. Stephen, Robert and the entire staff are fantastic. Their professionalism and standard for excellence made my time in Marrakesh something special. This is a beautiful riad, artfully decorated and maintained to perfection. Upon arrival, you are given a tour and made to feel right at home.... more

Riad El Mansour had been given a very high rating by previous reviews so it was interesting to see first hand how it lived up to this reputation. We can assure all that the impressive reviews are absolutely accurate. Riad El Mansour provides a calm oasis in the intriguing and charming mayhem that is Marrakech. All the excellent staff provide... more

We had 4 nights at the Riad el Mansour at the start of April. It is quite simply the best hotel we've ever stayed in (although the size and atmosphere of the riad means it's more like a home, or small palace, than a hotel). The riad itself is stunning - immaculately clean, beautifully built and decorated, and luxuriously furnished.... more

What sets a great hotel experience from a good one? For me that is Service, followed by more service and continues with fine furnishings, such as linins, towels and amenities, thought to detail and food. Riad El Mansour qualifies in all these areas. Abdess and Mustapha were so very helpful. When an answer was not at hand, it was quickly... more

The Riad El Mansour deserves every bit of its excellent reputation on TripAdvisor. From first email correspondence to departure, they have customer service that many of the big 5 star chains would learn a thing or two from. We had room 5, the blue room, for 5 nights over Easter and when we entered the room, the thought that had... more

I am not the type of person who writes reviews and what can I say that has not been said already, but after staying at Riad El Mansour for 4 nights I felt compelled to do so. It was a fantastic stay. Service was outstanding and even small requests like requesting Soya milk with my tea and vegetarian dinner were... more

It all started with the initial contact via email with regards to vacancies. My email was replied to within minutes, I had further questions about my stay in Marrakech and emailed the hotel, ALL my enquiries were replied to swiftly. I did initially contact several riads, but some just did not bother to reply, and some just took far too... more
