Riad is perfectly situated in the heart of medina, it's only three minutes walk to Jama el'Fna - main city square. There are several beautiful and variegated rooms. Our Superior apartment had gorgeous and large bathroom. Breakfasts were very tasteful. Hotel's owner was very friendly and helpful.

We are an italian couple and we've been in Riad Zinoun in the first week of December for one night. The riad was very nice, the room was clean and the owner was really kind and helpful, he help us to find a taxi for the day after...and woke up early just for prepare our breakfast! Excellent riad!

Good location! charming rooms! very helpful, kind and honest owner! it feels good to be at the Riad because Saeed (the owner) is always there and has fantastic Morrocan Wine and and makes time for fun and informative conversations. Highly recomend it.

It was a stay in the riad zinoun. the location was perfect, the room was lovely, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The stuff at the riad was helpful and made our visit to Marrakech a great experience.
