The family needed a well deserved holiday and South Beach Resort delivered. Having arrived on a Friday afternoon we were warmly welcomed by the reception and staff and check in was smooth. Having booked the top floor, the view was breath taking of the resort and the ocean. We immediately began to relax as the kids decided to swim in the pool, which has gorgeous blue shining water and a great jacuzzi near by.

We sat at the beach where an immediate sense of relaxation and calm was evident. I also noticed that there was security on the beach front which was a comfort. We ordered a variety of food in the evening ranging from seafood to pizza to bbq chicken. The seafood definitely stood out and was exquisite while the other dishes were also very nice.

The kids had a better time on Saturday and Sunday as we were surprised to see an awesome crowd of families turn out during the day to swim and enjoy. The atmosphere was exhillarating as we got to mingle with the local... more
