There was nothing particularly bad about Mbuzi Mawe, but also nothing particularly great. The tents are old, there are over 15 of them and the staff is not as attentive as I was used to on safari. This is more hotel than camping, but instead of staying in a room with a door it was a permanent tent with a zipper. The rooms were very nice. We spent three nights here over New Years and really enjoyed the camp. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. They also put on a very nice NY Eve dinner and celebration. Would recommend the Camp.
