In the middle of nowhere you will love this tented camp. We stayed just one night and we where so sad to leave. The tend are simple but comfortable, if you are looking for luxury camp this is not your camp but if you want great value and one of the best location and views ever don`t miss it. more

We stayed here in the dry season, and had the feeling we whee in the middle of the desert. Amazing how they managed to facilitate us with so much luxury. However the staff was a bit rough, therefore I would not recommend staying here longer then one night. more

Olduvia Camp was a great experience. We'd been to some high-end lodges so it was a little rough and ready in comparison but by no means in a bad way. there were only two other people there when we visited, which admittedly was out of the migration season so it was pretty desolate, but that is part of the beauty... more

This is an absolutely wonderful camp! You have large tents under permanent roofs, with views to take your breath away. If you would like to camp out in Africa but don't want to forgo any comfort, this is the place for you. Complete with electricity and flushing toilets, as well as a great (but basic) restaurant and a friendly bar... more

This camp is part of the MKSC group which also operates Mawa Ninga, Olaado, Ronjo, etc. The location is this camp is oustanding and it has gorgeous views. We loved Olduvai, it is not a luxurious camp, but it had a really friendly feel and the camp was remote and in the prettiest of locations. We visited this tented camp twice in the last year and its a lovely place to stay for a night or 2 on the way from the crater towards the west.
