We had to change room twice - first one had not been cleaned when we arrived at 5h00 p.m., second room had an overwhelming disgusting stench of sewerage. I would not recommend this hotel and it certainly does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms were expensive ($200+ for a double), very small, poorly appointed and smelt vile. There are better hotels in Tozeur t of same rating do not recommend taking pot luck at this one with room allocation.. Hotel is busy with large groups of maiinly French and Spanish who are given preference for rooms. Rooms vary in size, and are poorly maitained by housekeeping.
