Cold/freazing rooms due to very old windows, unfriendly reception staff (we asked for blankets that never came, no information about anything was given), not specially clean (namely carpets and toilet) , terribly noisy at night but perfect location and good breakfast.

The only plus point of this hotel is it is located at the city center and close to the airport. If someone looking for quick tour of Tunis can always choose this hotel. Forget about service from any staff member. The reception is the worst when it comes to receive service.... No money no honey...

Heavy heavy Atmospheres, never smiling receptionist, the staff never say 'hello' to customers except poor households who run for clients! The breakfast is poor and atmosphere is too heavy for as if the hospital staff ..... obviously do not say 'hello' or smile or kind of any attention to customers. But really strange to see such scenes
