i expected better service at this hotel. the staff wasn't friendly and when i checked out I ealised I had a brand new perfum and my blue tooth stolen by the cleaning staff who cleaned my room. NOT COMING BACK more

Platinum status gave me an "upgrade", but the room was pretty basic so I'm not sure what the difference over a standard room was.
