My husband and I stayed at Small World for two nights in April 2009. Considering all this country has been through and is still going through, it wasn't bad. Of course everywhere in the country, electricity and water go on and off but Small World had a generator that kept most things working. They do not offer any food but have a kitchen that guests may use. We had a private room with a bathroom in the room. They also offer dorm rooms with bunk beds. The TV, portable heater and lamp didn't work in the room we had the first night. The furnishings were outdated and old but the bed wasn't bad. We changed rooms for the second night and were more comfortable. Again there was an old TV in the room but it didn't work.
There was internet-$1.00 for 30 minutes but it was on and off because the networks are down quite a lot. There was a bar serving Lion beer-$1.00 and other drinks.. The swimming pool doesn't work and is green with algae. The garden and sitting areas are nice...
