Only 3 Hours flight from Dubai, fantastic hotel, the food is just unique, you are treated like a king, unique view for the red sea..etc, i beleive its the best choice for a quick and short break from Dubai specially and the flight (Fly Dubai) connection is making it just simple. This is a beautiful, pleasant hotel in pretty harsh place. It's the only hotel in Djibouti city in its class. The bedrooms were beautiful, the pool was relaxing, and the service was okay (they could have used twice as many people on duty in reception). 3 hours flight from Dubai, amazing Hotel with nice private beach, two swimming pools, spa, gym, verity of restaurants. I enjoyed full moon party at beach, which takes place every month on weekend and continues till morning. Djibouti is safe destination, I would love to go there again and stay in Kempinski. more

The Kempinski's reputation as a plush 5 star hotel is well founded. The hotel is enormous. The lobby is impressive, spacious and cool, but I found the front counter service slow and laborious on check-in. The fact the hotel did not accept VisaCard was annoying, especially given their fairly steep tariff. The rooms are well appointed and the bed comfortable.... more
