I went with a group to Ethiopia and this was the first time that any of us had been to the country except for the leader of the group. She has been to the country 13 times. Oasis was her best stay. For me, it was far beyond the expectation. In fact, I almost felt guilty for staying in such a wonderful setting amidst the many challenges of this city. But a safe, quiet, place to come "home" to after a day of work in a foreign city is worth much more than the price of this room.
The hospitality was wonderful without being overbearing -- an art that not all B&B places excel at. The breakfasts ranged from simple continental to full-on egg caserole (simply outstanding) to Pancakes and later, French Toast. Juices, Fruits and condiments were welcomed additions. Bottled water was present in the bathrooms and dining area to fill our individual bottles to carry throughout the day.
