“an aging queen”

hotel is old, rooms are crumbling, furniture is deteriorating. Internet is expensive and very spotty, was down for hours each day. Hotel plays with billing rates and ended up charging me higher than the rate on my confirmed reservation. I was appalled! Hilton charges for airport shuttle, which other 5 stars dont charge for. I recently stayed at Hilton Addis Ababa during a multi-nation government conference. This property should not be associated with Hilton, unless it is immediately renovated. “Nice hotel in Addis Abeba”

The Hilton hotel is situated in the senter of Addis, Close to everthing. It has a Nice pool area and an excellent gym. The hotel is old and needs upgrading, but it is still Nice and comfortable. Great for families.

Attended a company conference decent place limited choices for eating veru expensive like addis not value for money but peaceful place to stay and a good night sleep. But hotel is self suffcient with ATM ethiopian airlinea office florist can all that you need

“a run down hotel with poor service”

This hotel should be avoided. The facilities are run down, the service is poor and their restaurants are simply not worth eating there. The only plus is the heated outdoor swimming pool and the large garden surrounding the property.

Beautiful lobby, beautiful grounds, staff are helpful. Went here for a wedding mense and the food and service were impeccable, great attention to service and decorations and food. The party was great and went off without a hitch, although we did get sick from some of the food, not too sure why because everything was well cooked, but still I will be back again
