We stayed at the 10-room Nogahil most recently in May 2008 while in Accra on business. This hotel is like everything else in Accra, it has a few quirks but overall it's a great place! It's conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport, not in the city center where traffic is gridlocked.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have high-speed internet in the lobby. The outside pool bar & terrace are a nice place to sit at night. Remember to wear mosquito repellant. It's easy to get a taxi on the highway (the guard will get one if you don't want to flag one down). Don't expect more than 5 or 6 TV channels by satellite but you shouldn't be watching TV anyway. Service on the terrace & in the restaurant is good but the kitchen is painfully slow.
