While the rooms are not fancy, they are VERY clean and perfectly functional. Certainly some idiosyncrasies, but large and good air con and good double glazed windows with screens. The garden area has 3 restaurants and there also is a sports bar. Wifi is $1.50 per hour, no discounts for longer periods, so it makes shut my computer more often. F & B is crazy cheap. A lot of expats seem to hang out there. $85 (usd) a nite includes a 1 star buffet breakfast. A much better stay than I thought, and will definately return. Previous stays included the African Regent and Ariport West Hotel (a solid choice for that area of town). Traffic in Accra is paralyzing, so have your meetings at the Paloma - it is pretty well known. more
