The Anglican Training Centre is the cheapest place to stay (M80/night at present) in Maseru, but if you like your home comforts, well, stay at home, or go up to the the Lesotho Sun where you'll pay extortionate prices for less than 5 star comfort.

Despite the name, you don't have to take part in any religious activities if you stay at the ATC, although the Anglican Cathedral is right next door (literally a few metres) if you are that way inclined.

The rooms at the ATC are pretty basic, although you do get a wash basin, and usually a small electric heater (ask sweetly at the reception desk if there isn't one already in your room). The comfiness of the beds is unpredictable, but to be honest, they are consistent with the prices of these rooms. The bedding is pretty much spotless too, so you won't need your sleeping bag liner!
