Its location is better than the other hotels but service quality and hygen is terrible. I suggest Hotel Cairo. Its at the city center, close to the green spuare. Good staff nice service. 10 rooms small hotel but better than the 5 stars and the others. Go there!

I stayed in Bab el bahr for a conference for 4 days. The rooms are spacious, the staff are very friendly. The buffet is nice, away from strange Libyan food. You will definitely enjoy the view. The hotel is not far from shopping mall and historical places. Dont expect more than nice stay for short time.
