Hotel Le Cactus Vert is a very cute little hotel just off Ave De I'Independance, in a good location (but not really safe after dark) for shops and restaurants. The hotel room was super clean, but be sure to check out 2-3 rooms as they are all very different. The front dest staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't included and costs 7,500Ar ($5.50USD) and was very good. Really fun and active bar, good restaurant serving all kinds of food at good prices ($5-9) for main course. They provide airport pickup which is great if your are arriving late at night. Nice front porch to watch the world go by. more
