I stayed at the IBIS twice in late August and was satisfied with the hotel. The hotel has just opened up in the past 2 months, s o it has its growing pains. The place is very clean, with the staff continually scrubbing and wiping away to ensure everything is sparking.
Pros: affordable, clean, safe, Wifi and wire internet(free), good food and service is attentive.
Cons: air conditioning system is off for the winter season, so I found my room a bit warm.Window in the room does open, but no screen to keep out mosquitos,room is small to US standards. Not located in a great area for shopping or sightseeing.

A good place to unwind for a night in between flights.Not a hotel if you want to be in the center of Tana. more
