This hotel is poorly run by a GM who stays in his office. They have some good staff but they are not being managed. To many inefficiencies throughout, lost laundry, no television, no phones, phone to reception gets you another room, knocking when do not disturb is shown Requests for assistance are very rarely dealt with ASAP if at all... On the plus side the rooms are fairly nice, nice bathrooms and clean, Internet is fairly reliable. Staff is friendly and speak English. On the down side, it is quite pricy. There is one restaurant and it is very expensive AND every slow. A soft drink is about $5 for a can. Service charge not included so you are expected... More

The rooms are large and well appointed. No shortage of hot water and fast free Internet. The food is outstanding and the service is top notch. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. I stayed at the hotel for four nights and enjoyed the entire time. The security at the hotel is better than most and... More

the Radisson Blu in Bamako might not have the greatest exterior appeal but once inside this hotel is everything you would expect from a world class chain hotel. Friendly and efficient check in and reception staff. Modern design and comfort. The rooms are spacious and very nice. Food is of a great quality and taste. Its a bit pricy and... More

Radisson Bamako is very modest regarding his infrastructure, can't compare with others Radisson I know. My room was nice (Business Class). Service is below expectation for Radisson and price (around 200 euros per night, and you pay extra for the breakfast !!!). Only 1 restaurant, very SLOW kitchen !! You can order a simple dish and wait 30 minutes to... More

The rooms are very clean with new bedsheets, strong A/C and no mosquitos at all. Most rooms have a view of either the large and clean pool or the neighborhoods behind the hotel. While the meals are a bit expensive, most everything is expensive in Bamako. The pool is wonderful and the gym has a full set of weights, treadmill,... More

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Bamako. European standards are definitively nice to enjoy in Mali. The staff is warm, professional and helpful. The room is clean, bright and cosy. We enjoyed the pool under this latitudes. The restaurant offers quality and tatsy food of wide variety. Some mosquitoes spoil the picture but nothing insurmountable.

A nice clean hotel built and maintained to European standards which is nice to find in West Africa. The food in the restaurants was nice if a little costly and the bars had a nice buzz on the weekend. The room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. The pool area is very nice but a little noisy but... More
