nothing to say or to advice other travellers in Bamako... Just AVOID! Malian legendary friendliness is not represented here. Eating at the restaurant is like eating at the canteen of a supermarket. No wonder why it is not Sofitel anymore, even can not reach the level of a Novotel. A shame as the location is nice

Generally pleasant but poorly trained staff. One desolute restaurant plus one by pool during day. Pleasant but musty rooms (the carpets!). Surprises on the bill. Three stars at best.

I was very impressed with the staff professional and attentiviness to our needs and requests. The food was fantastic, you don't have to go out unless to visit the city if time allows. I am planning to go back this time for leissure and visit the country.
