reception says, on sundays post machines do not work, they do not fix it and ask you to get cash from an atm - which allways works - at the lobby. they do not feel themselves responsible to guarantee visa payments. in those countries, it is difficult to find international standards in accomodation. prices are generally expensive. my complaint is... more

stayed here first night and last day in Mali, granted this was the last time I got see western comforts like a TV, shower gel & etc but given this used to be a Kempinsky I was slightly disappointed the room was average and was not clean (I had a dead bug next to the bathroom sink) liked the lobby... more

I had a reservation for Nov 16, 2008. Because some people attending the meeting 2 days earlier failed to show, he decided to penalize those of us who did show up by canceling all reservations and giving the rooms away on a "first come first serve" basis.
