Stayed one night at the end of our honeymoon in Namibia. The hotel itself is on a nice elevated site over the city and is fairly basic in terms of the rooms. They are nice but don't expect the Ritz. We stayed here for one night on our last day in Windhoek and chose it because it has the Relais Chateaux grading....what a disappointment! The rooms are okay, a very high bed with twin mattresses joined together which just come apart. The bathroom is fine, however all th towels we got were frayed and the bath towels very very small.... more

We were disappointed. The hotel has none of the charm that we expected; our room felt cold, with no rug and little and dull wall decoration. Our double bed was two twins pushed together (that slid apart). Amenities were scarce and wash clothes were frayed.
