This hotel was a total disappointment. The cab driver told me this place had "reasonable rates" Apparently, however, he has never stayed here. (and he couldn't afford it either) One night for this hotel is $150 US. In Africa and at that price, it should be 5 Star Accommodations. This place is not. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Air-Conditioning... more

A large hotel which is adequate for staying after a long flight prior to visiting other parts of Namibia. The rooms do not have a safe deposit - an omission for an hotel of this nature. On one night we were subject to loud music from the pool area outside the bedroom which went on until the small hours. more

My husband and I went to Safari court as the website hosts really good pictures and seemed lovely. The rooms are large, but shoddy and not too clean. The swimming pool was also dirty and as I was pregnant, I felt that I didn't really want to make use of it. The food choices at the restaurant for lunch was... more

We stayed in the Safari Court Hotel at the end of our holiday to Namibia. We knew before booking that the Safari Court isn’t a character hotel. We’d chosen it because of the large swimming pool and bathing area which we’d planned to make use of before our return to the British winter. The swimming pool and bathing area lived... more

The hotel is located just nearby the Eros regional airport and includes a conference centre. It dates back to 1989. The comfort an cleanness of our room was just acceptable (we changes the room once). The air conditioning is loud, the rooms were dusty and mostly equipped with single beds which is not very convient for most couples. The food... more

We stayed in Windhoek for a couple of nights at the Safari Court and although its a bit 70's style of south african hotel we were pleasantly surprised, the rooms are very large although the aircon is noisy it worked just adequately, and the bathrooms are quite good apart from the fact they must have got a job lot of... more

I found the Safari court a bit strange in that the reception staff were generally very friendly but otherwise the bar staff and restaurant staff were little short of frosty and the maintenance man who came to fix the aircon outright grizzly! Breakfast was o.k. but the service was poor in the restaurant both in the morning and in the... more

The Safari is two hotels in one and the guests get to use the facities of both. There are a reasonable selection of restaurants and bars. Food is good and breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly. Service is laid back. Rooms and general ambience are comfortable if a little dated. Overall this was quite a fun place to stay and... more

close to eros airport, windhoek's city airport; traffic, mostly small aircraft starts at 6 am, so be ready for an early wake-up call ;-) courtesy bus service to city center every 30 minutes and back, until 7 pm, mostly friendly staff, room is ok, clean, some of the furniture seems to have seen better days, good dinner buffet at something... more
