Stayed in Villa Verdi as I wanted to be within walking distance from down town. Walking to town is about 10/15 min.Shopping centre not too far. Guest house only serves breakfast, take away delivery possible ( never with change, so be prepared!). Wifi on the terrace. Friendly staff. No restaurants near by. Restaurant Nice is about 10/15 min.

Great for a stopover in Windhoek. 10 mins walk to City Centre. Relaxing outdoor lounge and pool. Bed and breakfast only. 24 hour secure access. Drinks available by pool all day. Breakfast part self service but pleasant terrace where it's served.

Although one of so called "leading lodges" , it is in poor condition. I hope the quality as improved since we were there as they placed a very nice belgian guy to manage it, but i doubt he will be able to change the bad habits they have there !There are definitely better places to stay in windhoek.
