The standard of this guest house is high. It is neat and clean, while the rooms are cosy.
The guest house holds in many ways hotel standard, (in-room telephones, laundry service, mini-mini-minibar consisting of one bottle of wine). It has also one of the most excellent restaurants in Kigali (its Belgian chef used to work for the Zairian dictator Mobutu), which attracts guests from all over town.
At the same time it feels very personal, the staff generally call you by name and they will hold the breakfast for you if you oversleep one day.
The downside includes its small rooms (not really suited for business travel since there is no desk), no schampoo in the shower, and the wireless Internet which cuts off now and then (not to often though).
