Avoid this hotel if you can. It is threadbare and overpriced. The food is OK but the rooms have all seen better days and the hotel is screaming out for a renovation. I stayed for one night at the Novotel in Kigali and it reminded me why I never stay with this chain. The place was the standard of a backpackers at the same price as the Serena in Kigali - which is a really nice place. If I had paid $50 a night it would have been reasonable value for money... more
