Kimbima was my third hotel in Freetown and it was the best. The staff were great so ask for "chairman". The food was good also and always available. I did have a problem with the hot water but it did not matter much. I liked the proximity to Lumley Beach whcih you must visit (ignore the trash) and swim more

I visited Sierra Leone in in March and found the hotel very nice, safe, and the people very friendly. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed great ocean views. The food was good and the wait staff was tops. When I travel to Sierra Leone again I would not think of any other place to stay. more

In the past years I stayed many times in the Kimbima Hotel in Aberdeen/Freetown. Also my clients I take to this nice hotel with excellent food (5star but should be at least 1 Michelin Star).
