Shangri La is a nice hotel for kampala medium range standards. Breakfast is nice and the garden is pleasant. Beds are large and confortable. I stayed at the Shangri-La for nine days in August 2006. I had a spacious, quiet and spotless clean room with 24/7 broadband internet access (included in the rate).
