I have visited this hotel recently for a workshop. The hall given was among the oldest in the hotel. It looked gloomy and dingy so was the shared bathroom near it (pics included)which was shocking as It is one of the oldest and the most prestigious hotel in Nepal. breakfast was buffet and tasty but not with a huge choices.... more

Soaltee Crown in Kathmandu is beautifully and expansively located covering a huge area with good restaurants, a casino, and lush green gardens with a picturesque view of mountains in the background. it was a three night package with breakfast in hotel and lunch and dinner in casino.i would suggest and reccomend not to opt for casino meals. more
