It's on the outskirts of town, so if you plan to go walking about to see sights, you'll need to take a taxi. We booked for 2 weeks ,taking a 10 yr and 12 yr old to Kathmandu Park Village resort (it was so quiet and peaceful) even had a pool for the kids to play .
