First impressions were ok, despite it looking NOTHING like the website portrays.

Left my bags at the hotel while trekking and returned to find my phone stolen. From there it was all lies by the hotel staff and management. Eventually I did get my phone back however minus 2 years worth of contacts, photo's, etc. The person who stole my phone still works there and nothing was done, nor was I compensated in any way.

Overall a very dissapointing experience.
