Nanohana is set on a quiet side street at bottom of Lakeside not far from Fish Tail Lodge so it is quieter than most Lakeside hotels. You have all you need on your doorstep AND it is a very easy walk to the centre of Lakeside and the noisier restaurants and bars. Rooms are basic as you generally expect for Nepal however there is a lovely communal leafy terrace to chill out on and watch the evening sky. It makes a great place to recover after days trekking as it is affiliated to the Seeing Hands Nepal clinic where young blind people provide "medical massage" to european teaching standards - great value for money and safer than usual Nepali style massage. Hotel is close to the Green Line Bus station - another bonus if you have an early bus to catch. more
