This hotel was a part of a packaged tour I chose. I was supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but I was transferred to another hotel nearby (Hotel Image Pvt Ltd) for the first night. I don't think this hotel was full at the night, I assume that owners at both hotels are friends and they share guests so that they both have benefit. Staying at different hotel each night is kind of troublesome, pack, unpack, pack and unpack...

The location is good, I suppose it is located in the southern area of "Lake Side North". Off the main street, so it is quiet. Still close to everything. There is a security guard standing at the gate during night.
As they have solar system, you should try to take a shower during daytime if you prefer hot water shower, otherwise you might have to take a cold water shower at night or in the early morning.
I hired a driver/guide for taking me up to Sarangkot, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Cave and Fall. It was US$40. Not sure if it is pricey or...

We went to this hotel that after a dissapointing stay in a previous hotel in Pokhara, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean and decent sized, with a new, large bathroom. The hotel staff were fantastic- Mr Giri the manager was extremely helpful!
The views were good too- no lake view, but great mountain views.
Its situated on a path off the main road in Pokhara, Lakeside, so is a close walking distance to the boats and restaurants. Would definitely go back if I returned to Pokhara.
Good price too- we payed 600 rupees a night for a single room (although they actually gave us a double room each..)
Should you want a day/trek tour guide, we had a good contact: His name was Khim, [-]. Very good and friendly guide, and extremely helpful- we had him for a one day tour of pokhara (Sarangkot, caves, Falls etc), but he is also a qualified guide for the Annapurna Base Camp, and smaller Poon Hill Trek etc.
