We stayed here 3 nights before a trek and 2 nights after it in December 2011. The room was huge with one double and one single bed and cost 900nrs per night. The bathroom was also very large with western toilet and a very powerful hot water shower. Both were impeccably clean and there was free wifi but it was... More

The guesthouse is a bit of a walk from the main street, but that also makes it quiet. It had a nice little garden and OK views of the mountains, but so did many other guesthouses in the same area. The room was large and clean. There is supposed to be free Wi-Fi, but the signal was so weak we... More

The Mountain House is a great location. The rooms are clean and spacious. Indhira and Stan, the owner of the hotel are very friendly. They can organise you everything, for example treks, Paragliding or just a flight back to Kathmandu. In the Mountain House you feel like in a family. I can just recommand this place very strongly. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 days before our trek and again for 5 after. We booked one of the cheaper rooms with shared bathrooms but since the hotel wasn't full the owners upgraded us to a bigger room with private bathroom, and this again after our trek. The house is owned and managed by a lovely family,... More

We stayed here three nights after a trek to the annapurna sanctuary in early December. The room was large and sunny, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also immaculate (the cleanest one we saw in Nepal), and the hot showers were consistently fantastic! Good location nearby the heart of Lakeside but just far enough off... More

A very nice B&B run by a very nice nepalese family. The building is only 1 year old, looks great and was always clean. Its located just behind the most important streets which makes it quiet but centrally located. Stan (the owner) was a great help to helping organizing our (other) trips. While we were enjoying Pokhara he was organizing... More

Stan owns this place with his family and gives you a great welcome. The rooms are fantastic, the food is good and it's only a 3 minut walk from the main road where all the shops, bars etc are. Much more convenient and relaxed than Kathmandu. Stan arranges everything what you want, from flights to paragliding and he even was... More
