In the heart of the tourist district of Pokhara, the Bahari offers a relaxing haven with splendid rooms, an excellent pool, a host of leisure activities and a decent view of part of the Annapurna range if it's not cloudy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in dealing with my many requests. The breakfast buffet, though, is... more

I stayed three nights in a spacious room on the top floor with a view over fields, the hotel pool and about 15 miles away, Mt Machapuchare (Fishtail), with other Annapurna and Dhaulagiri peaks in view . The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially the Guest Relations Executives. Breakfast was ample and special meals are organised from time... more

Perfect place to recover after a hard trek around the Himalaya. There are more nice hotels in Pokhara than you can shake a stick at, but with its pool, spa and attentive, friendly staff, this was a cut above the rest. The manager cut us a last minute deal on a large suite (more than 50% discount) and the room... more

It’s a place like no other. Close enough to slip away to, yet worlds apart. Intense in more ways than one. . Serene beauty. And then there’s hard-charging activity, excitement. Passion. Fun. I really had a awesome time in barahi. I definitely recomend this hotel ,the pool was very clean and nice. The food was great too. Will be back... more

This was actually my second stay at the hotel. Theres three blocks in the hotel and one of the block was built more recent than the others. The hotel is tucked just few minutes inside of Lakeside so its very near to all the internet cyber cafe, restaurants, boating spots and nightlife of Lakeside. The hotel has its own swimming... more

The hotel is located at the Lakeside, but not one of the lake view hotels or lodges. Nevertheless, you can be at the lake in 5mins and the location is quite, out of the busy main street. Clientele seems to be more people not bohering room rates and enjoying one of the few swimming pools in Pokhara. We've used the... more

We arrived at the hotel barahi without having confirmation of our online booking. Upon speaking to the reservations manager, explaining the problem and seeing two suitable rooms, we came to a mutually beneficial agreement on price given that we were planning to stay 7 days. (this being a lot more than the normal tourist stay in pokhara). I cant say... more

I stayed for 3 nights in one of their best rooms with a view of the gardens and the amazing mountain views in the background. The room was quite good by Nepalese standards. Good TV, good aircon, a small fridge, and a decent sized bathroom. It was also very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had complimentary wi-fi... more

Arrived in the middle of the night after an awful journey. After breakfast on the first morning of a two night stay we were told we could only stay one night as they had double booked the rooms. We were offered a nearby hotel which was of a poor standard nad refused to move. Eventually half of our party got... more
