“Small rooms”

As the justification is that you pay for what you get.. cost effective, but rooms small and hardly space for one to do morning exercise. But well connected by bus and also has a Good Indian Restaurant - Tandoor at a walkable distance ( little long .. ) for one to get Indian food...
