The Regent Formosa is actually a Four Seasons hotel and the rate is very reasonable, one of the cheapest Four Seasons Hotel I can find. Booking directly through the website only costs abut $180 per night. Stayed for 4 nights at the executive floor - rooms were excellent, simple, comfortably and spacious. Overall, very imressed with the hotel - not super unique boutique luxury, but definitely solid on comfort! We stayed at Grand Formosa Regent Taipei for 5 nights in mid Dec 2008. It's a great place to stay in Taipei. Nice, clean & spacious rooms. The Staff were very friendly & helpful.
