The hospitality/cooperation from Hotel staff was un-forgettable. During my stay, for 1 day I needed medical assistance. The hotel staff were very helpful and did everything from their side in order to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was my favorite :-). more

5 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Rooms are clean. The free Wi-Fi signal in the lobby is a bit weak. The cafe for the western style breakfast is a bit crowded. more

Stayed in Howard Plaza for 10 days in June. Decent hotel with attempts at grandeur that at times looks a bit cheesy - like the grand piano in the middle of the fountain. We stayed in one of the Rosewood Suites, which for a little extra is excellent quality. The service is great across the board, from housekeeping, to front desk to the door staff - all very friendly and helpful. The location is great, about 5 minutes walk to one of the key Taibei subway stops, and also about 10 minutes walk... more

The location of the hotel is great - right on RenAi Road so a walk to the ChungHsiao TunHua shopping district, however for the price you can get a more modern place to stay.
