Rooms smelt really bad, very grotty especially the bathroom as it had blood on the mirror. Beds were like rocks and the food in the morning was terrible. Only taiwanese food, no continental breakfast so ended up eating rice for breakfast for 4 days. Very bad value for money.

Decor is old. Staff was giving me wrong information about the parking garage that they charged NTD250 a day. It's very unfortunate that the staff did not even know the area. So they're not helpful of giving you any advice. No wifi service is another unacceptable fact to today's standard.

Leofoo (in Pinyin it would be Liufu - 'the 6th happiness') is a very basic hotel. I like to stay in Leofoo hotel because it's very clean, quite, affordable price, convenience to go anywhere/to eat anything although it's quite small room. I will stay there again if i go to Taiwan in the future. Now... i think there renovate it... nice.
