We have just returned from 8d7n at the Hotel Flowers' Annex which is a branch of Hotel Flowers. It is diagonally opposite from its main hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we were shocked to see how small and rundown the hotel was and not forgettting it was quite far away located from the Taipei Main station (nearest station). Plus: Great location; Ximending,Taipei Train Station, Underground mall, wholesalers' street, Mitsukoshi Department store are all within walking distance. Plenty of shops all around too.
