In Bangkok today, one has to choose hotel locations based on what you want to do in the city or be prepared to take time travelling. Having said that, Le Meridien is in a terrific location and is only a taxi or BTS trip away from anywhere. I have been to BKK many times and chose this hotel on rate... more

Bangkok is saturated with hotels, but this one is truly a gem. Staff is incredible, providing you with the best possible service with genuine charm. Rooms are fabulous -- bed wonderful, great floor to ceiling windows, nice gadgets. Breakfast is incredible, even for Asia standard. Spa is beautiful - pool smallish, but nice! Location is great and don't let the... more

Stayed at the Le Meridien for 5 nights for a conference in Bangkok, and it was fantastic, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was massive, the bathroom was massive, and the bed was massive - all of which are very important to me. As you would expect with a new hotel, the furnishings and amenities... more

This is a beautiful hotel, very luxurious around the reception and roof top pool, but the rooms are not of a 5 star standard, more like a poor 4 star. The food was to die for, especially the buffet but my god was it expensive, even more so because it's such a cheap country. When you leave the hotel, expect... more

This hotel ticks most boxes but it’s service is second to none without being overbearing. The room and bathroom were comfortable - my only gripe was the poor cable tv menu. For those design buffs this place is a must-do but what I found really nice was the low-density feel. I’ve had good experiences at most Bangkok hotels but the... more

When I first entered the property, I wasn't sure. It is very modern and different. I asked to see the rooms, then I knew I had to stay there. Very fresh and contemporary, but perfectly functional. The beds and bath are excellent! As good as the physical property is, it is really the staff that make a difference. I have... more

I spent two nights here in late October in one of the basic rooms. It was a little on the small side. But I liked the floor to ceiling window and view out over the temple I didn't even know existed in this neighborhood. Everything is very trendy and "designer" which some will really like. The breakfast buffet is quite... more

Aside from the "seedy" nightlife and red-light district immediately outside of the hotel, this was a very classy and comfortable place to stay. The customer service was outstanding. All messages, packages or information for guests are displayed on your TV monitor. The staff was very kind and pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and... more

Le Meridien is a lovely place to stay in Bangkok. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful, the staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel is close to public transport and the concierge was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was very nice and modern. The day spa is a bit expensive but well... more
