Its more of a kao san guesthouse then a hotel or b&b. Its massive overpriced, you can get a nice hotel in the same area for this price. I hate Baan Saladaeng. The place is crab. It is dirty. I can even smell something terribly. It is also very far away to walk to, the pathway is just too dark and dangerous.
