Me and a friend stayed at the Rikka Inn for four nights in June 2013. The accomodation reminded me of University Accomodation. The rooms are very small and are all along long corridors. The room size we had was very basic and small (hardly much room to walk around). At approx £9 pppn you can't really complain. I think if... More

Its typically a backpackers hotel....but a much higher standard than the others on koh san rd. Lovely roof top pool, rooms are cool with awesome murals on the wall. Bathroom is asian style with no base for the shower. but it was clean and for the price you are paying it really is an amazing place!! Free wifi, computers to... More

The Khao San action is literally at your doorstep. For what it costs, this place is great. Clean, good service and double glazed windows keep the noise out. Rooms are basic but you're not there to stay in a room. Definitely recommend if you want to be amongst the action for a reasonable price.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing hotel in the middle of culture surroundings woken by the sounds of tigers doing yoga, you will be dissapointed by this place. However for a few days in Bangkok looking to enjoy yourself and you dont mind people around you doing the same 24 hours a day then this is a good... More

Right in the middle of everything on Khao San Road, the standard rooms are simple, but clean and you get a fridge for drinks. You get a couple of bottles of free water every day, fresh towels daily and the rooftop pool is a good place to chill out. Rooms also have their own safe. The staff are friendly and... More

Jaded but pleasant enough desk staff greet you. Easy to get a walk in room but not for cheapest accommodation. Room Asia basic, but not too bad. A fridge which was good. Managed to have cold fresh pineapple, mandarin juice & iced coffee ready for a 4am start (train to Cambodia). We arrived on a Sunday giving us a good... More

Stayed here for 3nights after Ching mai. After reading past reviews I was expecting the room to be really noisy at night as it is in the centre of khaosan road (possibly busier loudest street in bangkok due to backpackers like myself). However we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was nice, clean and big, decent bathroom, tv (albeit only 2... More

We were so surprised by how quiet our room was considering it is right on Khao San road! It really is the perfect location- there are tones of bars and wicked restaurants in the area but if you want a night off you would have no idea there are clubs literally on the doorstep. The pool could have done with... More

We stayed for three nights, and were very satisfied with what we paid for. Let me break it down: Service: Very good and efficient. The staff were polite and answered to all our basic requests. They looked after any delivery from tailors, and lent us a phone when we needed to make a phone call. The hotel also provides a... More

I stayed here for 2 nights, checking in was easy, the room was modern, clean and decorative. Despite being right on Khao San Road, there wasn't much noise in the night time as you might expect. Housekeeping did a great job. The swimming pool on the roof was perfect! No breakfast was provided, but that's ok because the cafe on... More
