Rooms were spotless, although the hall carpets were stained. Some noise from the hallways from people opening and closing their doors, but no traffic noise on the Seventh Floor. Good situation : near' Lumpinee park, 5 minutes to the underground... Room not very big but modern and clean, quiet. People helpfull at the reception and friendly. For an Ibis, it was excellent, clean rooms, helpful staff, limited breakfast and excellent value. Staying in Bangkok is best by choosing the location. For Silom, Sathorn and Siam areas, I would say this is good. There were also some good little restaurants in the same street. more

The plus room are very clean but it is what you would expect from a chain hotel. Friendly staff most of the time. The rooms were a little small for two adults to be able to conveniently store their belongings and move around the room, but these hotels all seem to be built to standard plans, so if you've stayed at an Ibis hotel elsewhere, you should know what to expect I suppose!
