Its about a 12min walk from khao san road, and there are plenty of nearer places. the staff is very nice and the breakfast was just awesome. very clean, good room service, laundry, internet. Wanted a nice double room near Khao San Rd but not in the thick of it. It's a little hard to find so print off the map from their website.
