The hotel is nice, rooms are simple but clean and good. Breakfast is funny, they give you a tray with a few things they serve on the day menu and that’s it. One day was fish and chips the other was toast, yoghurt and congee. But you can ask for specific things and pay for it if you want. Swimming... More

The hotel is kept very clean, we had the family room which was great each room had own bathroom and a lounge area with TV/video, fridge, kettle microwave. There is no plates ,cultery in the room but we just asked staff and they bought it straight up to us. Kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful... More

I did'nt know what to expect since it was my first time at this hotel. My experience turned out to be a great one! The staff are very courteous and despite the fact that they can't speak good english, they were still very helpful. I loved that they gave us the room which i requested by the pool side, so... More

We were here with my friend 2 nights when we've arrived in Bkk, till connection flight. It was pretty close at suvarnabhumi, with taxi something like 25-30 minutes. Room was so clean and quiet and skytrain station 'on nut' was close. Pool side was so beautiful at evenings whit many spotlights, staff very nice&friendly. Breakfast was awful, but coffee okay.... I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Bed and breakfast. I could not leave the hotel, because it was prepaid. The hotel management and personal have no idea about running an international hotel. (the guests were 85 % foreigners...) Terrible construction noise 7 days a week, from 7 am until 9 pm. I booked poolview, got an elevatorview almost... More

As i read here many were unlucky to have the staff with attitude problems and i think the management don't give a damp about what is going on with their staff or maybe that's the way how they run this Green Bells hotel but we had a nice rooms and didn't border to ask so much help with the sour... I returned here many times already and I just stayed there again for about one and half weeks. This place is good for every occasion. I stayed there for more than a month as they over special prices for long-term rentals. As well I can recommend if you just need a one or two night stopover after your island trip... More

Possitive points: Location location, 2 minutes walk from bts train station, also near Tescos lotus that is a supermarket and has also McDonald's, shops and other restaurants near by. The following small soi (77 I think) had many massage shops that charge a third of the price of any place in central bkk. We paid 150bht for 1 hour Thai... More

Two nights stay. Arrived with a group of 8. Had a a kingsize bed all to myself. Very impressed with very clean bathroom. Pool looked inviting. Friendly staff at reception. Friendly staff in restaurant - big serving of breakfast with iced tea/juice. Vouchers were useful for meals. Ordered a dinner of chicken wrap with fries, it was okay but sufficient... More
