Arrived from Europe and checked in to find the hotel had no hot water and in the midst of renovations- so no pool and cold showers. The room itself was quite big with a massive bed. Decor was okay with no obvious problems. I walked into the bathroom to see a cockroach scurrying into the corner. Great location to the Skytrain and many services and facilities in the street. Under refurbishment during our stay, no hot water and no pool. Rooms most comfortable if also in need of a bit of a refurbishment. Meals very nice and service excellent. more
