I travel in Asia incessantly. Normally in Bangkok I have stayed at the Admiral Suites in Soi 22 which runs of Sukhumvit. This time I tried the Regency Park because it was a lot cheaper and nearer the overhead railway so that I did not have far to walk. It is excellent. The WiFi works so that as a journalist... more

I have traveled to Thailand on vacation many times and usually stay at the Regency Park Hotel. This hotel is a small budget minded hotel in the Sukumvit area.It is perfectly situated close to the Phrong Pong BTS station and The Emporium Shopping Complex (about a five minute walk) .It is managed by the Accor group. The rooms are not extremely large... more

Located near Sukumvit, the main street of bangkok, Budget hotel, decent rooms , nothing too lavish, Buffet breakfast is good has quite bit of variety starts early at 6AM There is a nicely done area on the ground floor, with turtles and fishes. A value for money joint, withing walking distance of Sukumvit and the nightlife. Service is ok. Good... more

This is a small & compact 3 Star Hotel in the heart of Bangkok City. If you are looking for budget accomodation with a 5 star room, go for this Hotel. The Room by itself is as close to you will get to a 5 star hotel room. Other then the Room, the Hotel is very ordinary with no swimming... more

Arrived from Europe and checked in to find the hotel had no hot water and in the midst of renovations- so no pool and cold showers. Its a dark gloomy place, set six inches away from a building covered in scaffolding and sacking. Drilling (into concrete?) sounds started at 5 am and went on till 9 pm...maybe later but we... more

The room itself was quite big with a massive bed. Decor was okay with no obvious problems. I walked into the bathroom to see a cockroach scurrying into the corner. The bathroom itself was very dated and in urgent need of a makeover. I wasn't that impressed with the hotel but as I needed to stay for only one night... more

Great location to the Skytrain and many services and facilities in the street. Under refurbishment during our stay, no hot water and no pool. Rooms most comfortable if also in need of a bit of a refurbishment. Meals very nice and service excellent. more

first of all, i should probably point out that i'm from taiwan, where things are not always done to the "t," and have often traveled on budget in other parts of SE Asia, so in short, i'm in general pretty low-maintainance. But w/ Regency Park, you don't really get what you pay for... On my first day at Regency Park,... more

we chose this hotel online because it had airconditioning and a swimming pool and we had a 22 month old who would need to get out of the humidity. unfortuantely, the swimming pool was out of order when we were there, but we were send for a short walk across the road to the sister hotel, Novatel (which had a... more
