I booked my stay at the JW Marriot just two days in advance because I hadn't investigated the city all that much and thought I'd be best with an upscale "western" style hotel. We spent a wonderful 4 days at this hotel as a base for our Bangkok sightseeing and cannot fault it in any way. Be prepared when you arrive to be persuaded to upgrade but it is not such a bad deal and worth looking at. The service is exemplary and the staff all charming. more

This is another great JW Marriott. Great rooms, exceptionally clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the airport in the city centre. Also this is in quite a good area. Plenty of bars and places to eat for the evenings, because of this I didn't eat in the hotel.... more

I highly enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Bangkok. The room was elegant, clean and spacious, delightful The bed was comfortable. Service was phenomenal. The gym was fine - new equiptment although not a lot of it. The pool was beautiful. The hotel common spaces are elegant and beautifully decorated. I have nothing to complain about at all. more
