A fantastic hotel; absolutely GREAT! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL starting at the door; front desk; concierge; and floor staff. Clean attractive rooms; great views; choice of restaurants business center with friendly people;well located. We stayed on the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in January. It is a wonderful hotel. Service is excellent. We had a room overlooking the river. Pool area is great. Breakfast by the river is fantastic. Quick service but never rushed. I would highly recommend this hotel. more

It would be difficult to fault the quality of the rooms and general ambiance of the hotel. The location is excellent, and building and extensive grounds are beautifully maintained.
